1. ORGANIZER

Mulchmaster photo contest is a competition of MWS Schneidwerkzeuge GmbH & CO. KG Schmalkalden.

2.ELIGIBILITY

Participants can be any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and resides in Germany. MWS reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good cause or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. Good cause shall be deemed to exist, for example, in cases of abuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. In this case, MWS reserves the right to deny winnings retroactively.

3. CONTENT OF THE COMPETITION

To enter the sweepstakes, follow the Mulchmaster Facebook page/Instagram page, tag @mulchmaster_original on the entrant’s post and create a post with the hashtag #mymulchmaster. The photo must be self-photographed and show the mulchmaster.
A pre-selection will be held from 01/11/2022 at 7:00pm to 21/11/2022 at 6:45pm. On 22/11/2022 the public voting will take place. The result of the public voting will be announced on 22/11/2022 at 20:00. Payment of the prize in cash or transfer to other persons is not possible.

4. PARTICIPATION; DETERMINATION OF PROFITS

A person enters the photo contest by submitting a photo of a self-photographed image via Facebook or Instagram. The photo contest entry period will run from 08/09/2022 at 7:00pm to 31/10/2022 at 7:00pm.

By liking the Facebook page/Instagram page and creating the post, participant agrees that

• In the event of winning, for the purpose of prize notification, his/her full first and last name may be published on the Mulchmaster homepage and social channels.
• His/her full name and address will be passed on to MWS for identification as the winner by means of an identity card.

5. DATA PROTECTION

Data protection information: The organizer processes personal data for the purposes of this sweepstakes and other marketing measures on the basis of the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6(1a) EU-DSGVO. 6. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS

The drawing of the winner will take place on 22.11.2022 at 8 pm. The winner will be informed promptly by message.

The winner must contact MWS no later than 11/27/2022, presenting his/her ID, to collect the prize / arrange delivery. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

7. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The lottery starts on 08.09.2022. The participation period ends on 31.10.2022 at 7 pm.

8. DISCLAIMER / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer is not responsible for the availability of the website www.mulchmaster.de. The organizer is also not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons to carry out the competition properly.

9. EXEMPTION FROM FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM

This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram, but the organizer. The participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organization). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The legal process is excluded.
